Information is used to create and retrieve orders, verify payments, prevent duplicate transactions, allocate stock, handle refunds, provide support, maintain ledgers and protect platform security.
Cookies and language settings
The site uses essential session cookies for agent or administrator sign-in and a language cookie to remember English or Chinese. The language cookie is not used for cross-site advertising tracking.
Third parties and blockchain data
Blockchain transactions are public by design. Redemption is processed by the third-party redemption site linked from the order page and is subject to that site's privacy practices. SaferSubs does not ask customers to send passwords or session JSON through support.
Retention, security and contact
Business and audit records are retained as needed to fulfil orders, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet applicable obligations. We use access controls, hashed lookup credentials and server-side sessions, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security. Submit privacy questions through the contact page.
